I bought these after my dog had surgery on his knees and someone in a recovery forum suggested they were good to stop a dog from licking their stitches. My Houdini got out of three types of cones at the vets, and managed to get his back legs out of these PJs and still got to his stitches while at home. I ended up using lick sleeves provided by the vet for the remainder of his recovery, but these pj's are still super adorable! I think he tolerates me dressing him up in costumes and PJs, but I love how cute he is (see photo). He gets lots of compliments when he wears them on chilly morning walks.-------------Em Gem
