Free Returns or Exchanges to Petssercet.com

 

Before returning merchandise to Petssercet.com, print your receipt. Please have your order details handy. If you do not have a receipt, you will be issued a merchandise credit for the listed store price or allowed to exchange the product for something else.

 

If you received an incorrect item or are requesting a refund of shipping charges due to a petco.com error, please contact Customer Service. Personalized items and prescription food cannot be returned.

 


Orders placed online using your PayPal account may be returned to any Petco or Unleashed by Petco store for a refund on your credit card or may be exchanged.

 

For returns made after 30 days, you will be issued a merchandise credit for the paid price or allowed to exchange the product for something else.

 

Purchases made online using your PayPal account may be returned for a merchandise credit or may be exchanged.

  •  Custom items (Personalize and/or made when ordered)
  •  Anything not in original packaging or tags removed
  •  Specific items mentioned on the actual product page of item, these can vary.
