i didnt like the velcro, coz doggy hairs would get stuck to it. and it is not stretchy but it is adjustable enough to fit the size, but it barely fit my labrador retriever he is 128lb, but it will do, I guess. he wears it, when the weather gets cold.-------------Tisay
