I ordered one for both our dogs. When ordering I was a bit worried they would be short, both girls are kinda long and the description for the size I needed made it unsure if they would work. We received them and both fit them perfect. I love the think band around their belly and neck, it allows the coat to fit perfect. I love the little pocket on the back so they can carry a few poop bags. We have been out in rain and snow and both girls return home warm and dry. Loved this jacket and apparently so did my other dog since he ripped it off his brother and chewed it to shreds the first day it was worn. Until then he looked adorable and seemed warm so would recommend as long as you don't have a dog who chews everything.-------------Heather Lowry
It was getting cold outside and the old coats are becoming a bit worn. I looked at several coats and was worried that they would not fit the long body and slight chubby tummy of our dachshund puppies. Skipper is 18 lb and Penny is 15 lb. I finally decided to purchase this coat in a medium size and it worked well. The velcro closure fit well around their necks and just barely fit around their tummies. The inside of the coat does not collect dog fir which was a problem with the old coats.-------------valerie k
